We, the Hauthaler family, have been running our 4-star superior family business for six generations. We live by our values of warmth and openness. That is why it is especially important to us that you feel completely at ease with us.

It is also very important to us to care for the environment. We love our homeland and have relied on energy generation from our own production since 1993. Here, you will enjoy quality products from suppliers and farms in Salzburg, neighbouring Bavaria and Austria.

The history of the Hauthaler family can be traced back to 1465. We were first officially mentioned in documents in 1566. The family coat of arms with the open front door and the Maltese crosses shows that hospitality has always held a high value for us.
