We want our children to enjoy our homeland just as much as we do. That is why we have been investing in our house’s energy supply since 1988 and rely on solutions from our own production.

In addition, in our restaurant you can enjoy fresh products from agricultural businesses in Salzburg, neighboring Bavaria, and Austria.

With the next generation in mind

For us, sustainability begins with architecture, using natural materials and durable furnishings. We rely on sturdy stone floors, high-quality textiles, and resilient oak and Swiss stone pine wood. Our pools are equipped with an energy recovery system and BWT technology. This means energy-efficient technology and reduced use of certain water treatment products.

Gentle cleaning for nature and our team

We use micro-steam cleaning in many areas and selected cleaning agents. Our textiles are coated for easy steam cleaning at 180 °C. Our cleaning processes are designed for the careful use of steam and cleaning agents while also supporting pleasant working conditions for our team.
