Why a sauna visit is healthy

A sauna visit is much more than a soothing break. Tension is relieved and circulation is stimulated, which helps ease pain and improve the appearance of the skin. Breathe more freely and feel fresher and clearer.

Regular sauna bathing is associated with strengthening the body’s own immune response, better relaxation, and higher sleep quality. The conscious alternation between warmth, cooling down, and rest in our wellness area helps you let go of stress and recharge with new energy.
