At Laschenskyhof, we offer yoga for every level. Our yoga teachers respond to you and your needs. This allows everyone to flow mindfully and experience deep relaxation.

Find your way back to yourself in our spaces of mindfulness. Feel the power of nature on our rooftop yoga platform or in our wellness garden.

Our circular yoga room represents the harmony of body and mind and the feeling of being part of a greater whole. The Flower of Life on the ceiling bathes the room in a soft light and promotes a harmonious, steady flow of energy. Here, both beginners and experienced yogis find peace and strength.
